Each weekend has its own theme with decorations, costume contests, parades, activities, and prizes. Here's what's on the calendar so far:
Bigfoot Adventure Weekend
The legend comes to the lake. All weekend the kids hunt down Little Big Foots hidden around the park, craft their own binoculars, and set a trap deep in the woods — then head out for the big Big Foot Hunt after dark. Add tram rides through the pines, laser tag under the trees, campfires and s'mores, and slow mornings with Henry the Swan. Three days of woodland adventure the little ones will talk about all year — keep your eyes on the treeline.

Labor Day BBQ & Smoked Meat Challenge
Send summer off with smoke in the air and the whole park at the table. Our BBQ & Smoked Meat Challenge fires up all weekend — bring your best and compete, or just show up hungry for the pot-luck feast after judging. Between bites: a Golf Cart Parade, a Glow Hayride, a Foam Party, Adult & Candy Bar Bingo, laser tag in the pines, and live music from the Midnight Rider Band. Campfires every night, mornings with Henry, and one last big lakeside celebration before fall rolls in.

Back to School Bash
One more weekend of freedom before the backpacks come out. Squeeze every last drop of summer with us — long days by the lake, warm nights by the fire, and memories for the school year.

Fall Festival Weekend
Autumn settles in at the lake — cooler air, golden light, and that cozy first-taste-of-fall feeling all around camp. Trade the shorts for a flannel and soak up the season with us.

Balloon Fest and Camper Crawl
Crisp fall skies and a festive buzz around the campground, with the whole community out enjoying the season together. One of those weekends that just feels like Country Acres.

Monster Bash
Kick off Halloween at the lake! Friday: a community fire pit with s'mores, a tram ride, and laser tag in the pines. Saturday is packed — wake up with Henry the Swan, a paint-a-pumpkin contest for all ages, trick-or-treating, then a hayride and Halloween golf-cart parade (prize for the best-decorated cart), the Monster Bash itself with a costume contest and best-campsite-decoration awards, and laser tag under the trees. One slow Sunday morning with Henry to wrap it up. Fun, friends, monsters, and memories.

Haunted Camp
The spooky one — with a friendlier side for the little ones. Friday: a community fire pit and s'mores, a tram ride, ghost stories around the fire, and laser tag in the pines. Saturday: wake up with Henry the Swan, a make-a-mask craft, a find-a-monster hunt through the park, trick-or-treating, then two hayrides — a kid-friendly haunted hay ride at dusk and the full Haunted Hayride after dark — plus laser tag. Sunday: one last slow morning with Henry. Spooky fun for the whole family… but beware the monsters in the park!
